Under our store policy, jewelry sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us with your receipt or order confirmation and photos if you believe your piece is defective.
Tribal-made and in-house-made jewelry carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Loss and ordinary wear and tear are not covered; shipping charges may apply. Other brands follow their own warranty terms.
