Because body jewelry is a hygiene-sensitive product, piercing jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Lifetime manufacturing-defect warranty

Tribal Expression jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. If we confirm that a defect is the responsibility of the manufacturer, the item may be repaired or replaced at no product cost. Shipping charges may still apply.

What the warranty can cover

Examples include a failed solder connection or a stone loss that is confirmed to have resulted from a manufacturing defect.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover lost jewelry, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse or damage caused by modification. The warranty is non-transferable.

How to request a warranty review

Contact Tribal Expression before sending anything back. Include your name, order information if available, photographs of the issue and a short description of what happened. Our team will provide the next steps after reviewing the claim.
