Yes. Tribal Expression Jewelry and the piercing studio are divisions of the same company. Our jewelry team manufactures much of the jewelry used in the studio in Calgary, Alberta. Check the individual product page for the materials and specifications of the piece you are choosing.

Through Tribal Expression's Canadian Manufacturing Rebate, qualifying jewelry tops include a complimentary titanium backing. The usual advertised backing value is CAD $30–$35, depending on the product. The offer helps customers experience our locally made jewelry. Check the product page for eligibility, the exact value and included components; no separate rebate claim is needed for an included backing.

Confirm the gauge, wearable length and connection against jewelry that fits you. Threadless tops need compatible threadless posts, and threaded pieces need matching threads. Choose an offered backing size where a selector is provided. “Select free post gauge” is a prompt, not a size. If your required size is not listed or a backing selector is absent, contact us before ordering.

Use the individual listing's “What is included” information. Some products are sold individually, while others are pairs or have a specific multi-piece offer. Check the quantity of tops and backings before adding to your cart.

Our store's base currency is Canadian dollars (CAD). Depending on the country selected, the storefront and checkout may display local currency, including USD or GBP. Confirm the currency shown with the final checkout total before paying.

Canadian orders with a qualifying value below CAD $100 receive free Standard postal delivery without a tracking number. At CAD $100 or more, free tracked shipping is shown as Express at checkout. Discounts can change which threshold your order meets. Review the available methods and final charges at checkout for your destination.

Yes. Free local pickup is available only at Tribal Expression's main branch: #101, 1409 Edmonton Trail NE, Calgary, Alberta. Choose Pickup at checkout. The usual pickup estimate shown is 2–4 days; wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. Seasonal boxes, preorders and other products with a stated availability date follow their product-specific timing.

If checkout is searching another country for pickup locations, use Change location and select Calgary to find the main branch.

Available destinations, shipping methods, currencies and charges are displayed at checkout. Prices and services depend on the destination and qualifying order value. Review the final shipping quote before paying.

Standard untracked delivery does not include tracking or insurance. Tracking alone does not confirm insurance coverage. Contact us before placing a higher-value order to discuss available insurance options.

Depending on our shipping schedule, an order may take 3–7 days to prepare before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional. For pickup, use the estimate shown at checkout and wait for the ready-for-pickup notification. Product-specific release dates and preorder details take precedence.

Contact the studio before ordering so the team can confirm suitability, fit and preparation for your appointment. Jewelry shipped from our production facility is not sterile and is generally offered for healed piercings. If bringing an online purchase to an appointment, notify the studio and drop it off at least 24 hours beforehand. A separate CAD $15 autoclave fee applies under the studio's existing preparation arrangements.

Our documented process has six stages: two wet mechanical stages, two dry mechanical stages, fine hand polishing and ultra-fine hand polishing.
