Can I purchase Tribal Made Jewelry on the website and bring it into Tribal Expression to get pierced with?
Yes, but we recommend getting it delivered to the studio instead.
Any jewelry shipped from our production facility is more designed for healed piercings (length options available, etc), not sterile, which is used for fresh piercings.
If you would like to use it in a fresh piercing you will have to notify the studio and drop it off 24hrs before your appointment so we can have it ready to go for your appointment.
There will be a separate $15.00 autoclave fee added to your bill.
Is Tribal Expression Jewelry a part of Tribal Expression piercing studio in Calgary, Alberta Canada?
Are you the same company as Tribal Expression?
Yes! Though we are the same company we are two totally different divisions. Tribal Expression Jewelry manufactures a bulk of the jewelry that our studio uses.
Are Your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, they are.
Some of your jewelry seems to include the titanium post for free?
Yes, it's just better that way.
Why for free?
Because we manufacture more than 75,000 titanium threadless posts per year. Since we are the manufacturer, we can incentivize healthier choices for our clients.
How many stages of polishing does your titanium jewelry get?
6 in total! 2 are wet and done mechanically, 2 are dry and done mechanically, we do a stage of fine hand polishing and a stage of ultra-fine hand polishing. We love that chrome-like finish.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on where you live.Shipping prices are calculated at the end , with option of shipping on orders below 100$.

Generally, most packages will be shipped via Canada post, .
Packages under 100$ are being shipped regular letter mail , when all packages over 100$ are shipped via Canada Post with tracking informations .
Do you have package insurance?
We do not, but if you are going to purchase higher ticket price item , please contact us and let's talk about insurance options .
How does Tribal process online orders ?
We have a team of well trained employees , working together as a team on packing every order . From receiving order at the front of the house , packing team at the office , to quality control by manufacturing team .
Depending on our shipping schedule , your order might be ready between 3 to 7 days .
